This Violon Filets spoon was manufactured by Christofle from 1859. This model has long been part of the company's collections: production continued until 1913.  Its simple shape and sober decoration make it a very versatile model! This plain-rimmed tumbler is part of a four-piece fruit juice set created around 1968, which also includes a lemon squeezer, a spoon and a zest cup. But its sober decor means it can be used for any occasion! Goldsmith's piece from the 1980s featuring a leaf-filtering system: a passe thé. This lemon squeezer was part of the development of fruit-juice services, for the home or for bars and restaurants.
